This Privacy notice sets out how the Company will process and retain any personal information it collects about you as a Data Controller.
The Company has the right to process your information derived from the Contact Us website page, or any other source of contact information used to contact or respond directly or indirectly to the Company via telephony, email , postage, or through one of our employees.
In doing so you will have provided automatic consent allowing the Company to review and process your data compliant with the Data Protection Act and EU General Data Protection Regulations 2018, which underpin our Company Data Protection and Record of Retention Schedules. Such consent may include sharing your information with internal contacts, whose roles may warrant access and legitimate processing. This will include automated processing where necessary.
The Company will never share your details with any external marketing agencies. In any such unlikely event, it will only be with your explicit recorded consent. However its internal departments will be allowed to contact you through any contact information provided.

Once validated the Company can further move, copy or transfer personal data in a viewable format to a third party within the grounds of a reasonable request.
All data subject requests delivered to C&C Group must be sent either in writing to the Information Security Management Team at C&C Group (address located on the Contact Us page) or the dedicated Company email: . In both instances please add the title ‘Subject Access Request’, including your full name, any address and/or email supplied to Company, plus preferred method of response which will be restricted to either letter or an email attachment to the given email. A response will be provided within 30 days as compliant with UK Data Protection legislation.
