To design, build an industry leading software solution for managing pharmacuetical and healthcare manufacturer’s commercial agreements with the NHS, private healthcare providers, distributors and other high value payors.

The Solution:

Overview:

The Agreement Management System (AMS) is an industry leading software solution for managing pharmacuetical and healthcare manufacturer’s commercial agreements.  AMS integrates with your existing systems to become central to your whole commercial operation.

AMS key components:

AMS can be configured to your individual needs based on the following key components.

  • Rebate management-AMS facilitates rebate automation via its flexible reconciliation engine. It will also make you aware via proactive ‘clickable’ prompts when rebates have been processed and authorised.
  • Tender management-AMS provides advanced tender mapping functionality that allows you to complete the tender quickly and accurately, giving the user tools to optimise commercial offering to maximise the potential of being awarded the contract.
  • Price management-AMS provides a central repository for every price offered to each one of your customers, ensuring that you have a one stop data store giving you with a single view of your commercial business.
  • Performance management-Use the AMS analytics tools to review the performance of your agreements and sales team. The AMS analytics engine is based upon SQL Server Reporting Services and supports drag and drop report building as well as standard reports.

Supporting and interfacing systems:

AMS interfaces with other supporting systems.  For example, ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Siebel.

The integration of AMS to your current systems can be tailored by C&C Group to suit your needs.  For example, it may be that a fully encompassing solution is required where AMS posts prices and agreement details directly into your ERP system, or it may be that you would prefer to post customer intelligence between AMS mobile and your CRM implementation.

AMS comes bundled with advanced reporting features allowing users to report on sales and compliance, for example using geographic representations of data.  AMS comes inbuilt with a range of standardised reports as well as a drag and drop report builder, allowing users to wholly explore data in a structured and intuitive way. AMS is available as an on-premises or cloud based installation, the latter being a fully managed service offering.  AMS can be configured to suit your individual requirements.
