During 20 years of providing technology enablement supporting the wide variety of business functions within the global top 20 corporate organisations in these specialised sectors, C&C Group has created a unique set of products. The C&C Group vertical product series contains a number of innovative software packages which are typically industry-specific, with a segment of the products horizontally matched and implemented cross-sector.

All C&C Group products are built (and can be customised and configured) during implementation using the C&C Group CRADLE framework to reflect your specific requirements and deliver a solution which maps exactly to your process without compromise. Our products are shaped by best practise service orientated architecture principles and are guaranteed low total cost of ownership due to their zero client install and low support overhead.

All C&C Group products can be implemented internally within our client corporate networks and infrastructure, or can be installed using C&C Group Managed Services and accessed by client users using secure Internet facilities.

Our Product Development is guided by a vision which has been developed over many years of seeing over-priced, over-specified, under-utilised off-the-shelf software packages.

No re-development

 

We design and produce features which are unique and implement them as re-usable modules using a mixture of service orientated architecture and object orientated development. This builds a library of pre-tested robust production-ready standardised audit-compliant (SOX, GxP/GAMP, ISO9001/27001) modules. Think of them as technology building bricks. These bricks can even be used by clients wanting to develop a unique bespoke solution in support of a specific competitive advantage they have designed internally.

 

No over-development

 

We only create functionality which is intrinsic and thus absolutely core to the business process and function at hand.

Clients are familiar with licensing software whilst knowing that only 60% of the features are relevant to their process. We aim to reduce this over-investment, under-usage and technology redundancy.

 

Operational & analytical reporting

 

Capturing data without the facility to analyse it is something we try to avoid.

Our products come with performance measurement (CPM) and business intelligence (BI) compatibility packs which are delivered in a range of ways. These include pre-shipped ETL-supported data-marts, refresh-sequenced reporting views for implementation via data snapshots and other data-mirroring techniques, and pre-packaged SAP Business Objects, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, and Information Builders platforms.

 

Support for life

 

All of the C&C Group solutions, packaged product or bespoke and unique to you, ship with a full application support contract. This means you can be certain that your business users will have access to all of the skilled advice and knowledge that they require.  This is delivered by our friendly support services technicians, backed up by one-to-one access from the architects and developer on the same teams who worked with you to deliver the solution in the original project.

We operate a client for life policy where it is the exception that a client has a short-term delivery based relationship with us. Our clients have long successful histories with C&C Group, typically spanning many initiatives and projects and often underpinned by recurring managed services within which sit with our support contracts.
