Cisco provides the broadest line of solutions for transporting data, voice and video within buildings, across campuses, or around the world.

C&C Group are implementation and integration partners for MarketSoft's E-Leads application, which administers lead scoring and routing processes for Cisco Systems' reseller network, throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The system is web enabled and C&C Group has also developed two complementary bespoke software applications to support and extend E-Leads and enable integration with Cisco's own internal systems. The supporting applications are: e-Questions and Answers; for survey creation, survey processing and scoring selection and PPL; for lead scoring and lead management.

Client – Chello Broadband Project – KANA eMarketing

Chello is the leading European provider of broadband internet access with over 500,000 subscribers in eight European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland and Sweden. The chello service provides always on, broadband internet access for a fixed price, enabling fast and easy access to rich entertainment and information. Additionally, the chello local language portals feature carefully selected local, national and international broadband content, enabling a unique broadband internet experience. Chello broadband is a consolidated subsidiary of United Pan-Europe Communications n.v. (UPC) and part of the UPC Media Division.
