Client – Bristol-Myers Squibb Project – CBS

Bristol- Myers Squibb is a pharmaceutical and related health care products company whose mission is to extend and enhance human life. C&C Group won by competitive tender the contract to develop a Commercial Business System for B-MS UK. The system supports and administers the discount, rebate and bonus schemes B-MS offers to their account customer base. The system also supports the high value NHS tender process and includes sophisticated workflow and product alert processing.

Client – Novartis Project – eCPMS

C&C Group develop, maintain, and support eCPMS, the system supporting the Clozaril Patient Monitoring Service. eCPMS is a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant validated system delivering patient databases to the CPMS call centre and to registered NHS professionals. The application is a browserbased secure Internet application, hosted at multiple sites (employing advanced database replication to deliver access both internally and outside of Novartis). The project includes the incremental migration of critical patient data from the legacy system to the new system, and the interfacing of external lab systems and NHS bloodtest units to eCPMS.The technology employed includes .NET, Web Services, and SQL Server.

Client – IMS Health Project – IDS

Working with the IMS Health global IT development team, we are using technology to deliver new ways of producing and delivering their core product – Retail Sales Analysis data – focused around the extranet and the Internet. This is a high level strategic project which is improving client communication and relationships as well as streamlining the business process.

Client – Quintiles Innovex Project – PRISM

C&C Group were responsible for the initial business analysis,design, build and implementation of PRISM, the sales and activity business information solution created for Quintiles Innovex. Business critical information is delivered via Business Objects WebIntelligence to their customers, mobile sales force and head office. PRISM is underpinned by an Oracle data warehouse exceeding one terabyte in size.We also provide on-going support and system maintenance.

Client – AstraZeneca Project – Dispensing Doctor Discount System

C&C Group developed a Dispensing Doctor Discount System for AZ UK. The system supports and administers the discount, rebate and bonus schemes AZ offer to their account customer base. The system is thin-client, zero-install, browser-based and is built upon Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technology. The development was carried out using JAD and RAD techniques, delivering the completed system within 6 weeks of development time. The system interfaces with SAP ERP and with the AZ corporate data warehouse to automatically generate customer discounts based on sales.
