Automated optimisation of appointments schedule management
- One of WILMA’s unique selling points, differentiating it from other appointment
management solutions, is its very sophisticated automated appointment scheduling
optimisation. This will maximise use of your staff, potentially reducing FTE

Field staff management
Ensuring that your workforce is gainfully employed is a key to the success of any organisation.
- WILMA maximises and optimises all field staff, whether they work in a team or individually

Issuing work
Work schedules can be issued to field staff in advance or upon completion of their current job.
Output methods include:

The data that WILMA issues to the workforce is dependent upon your needs. In addition to the
appointment location, activity, time and contact details WILMA can issue electronic job notes,
task instructions, certifications, engineering drawings, maps & routes automatically to the
assigned field worker.
Hand held
WILMA provides hand held capabilities, should you wish to provide a fully electronic end-to-end
solution. WILMA will deliver work direct to the mobile device, whether it is a laptop, tablet PDA
or suitable mobile phone.
The application forms will manage and record the on site risk assessment, task results and
electronic signature. Once the job is complete, the results will be transmitted immediately to
the central server.
Integration with industry data and other datasets
WILMA can take data feeds from existing datasets and automatically create an optimised
appointment schedule.
Examples include such things as those listed below:
- Map all existing metering points (gas and electricity)
- Sub-sets of metering points can be selected and mapped, showing their geographic location
(e.g. All meters of a certain type or age)
- Import additional datasets (e.g. substations for safety audits, sale lead addresses)
Lone worker legislation support & conformance
Lone workers are those who work by themselves without close or direct supervision. WILMA
provides Lone worker legislation support and conformance.
Features include:
- One touch "alert", which automatically sends emails & SMS to two
pre-configured contacts and also to the two nearest work colleagues. Additionally,
GPRS notification is sent to alert of the need for assistance
- Wall mounted monitoring board, showing real time location where staff are,
including honing in on anyone who has pressed their ‘alert’ button on their handheld
- Individual and vehicle tracking
Scenario manager
- The WILMA scenario manager allows you to identify the optimum staffing requirements for
the volume of work required
