SEAMLESS is a high performance address enhancement
(PAF), cleansing, matching and de-duplication
tool developed by C&C Group. Matching is achieved
via sophisticated techniques, unique to C&C Group.
Customer and contact data enhancement, standardisation,
integration, and de-duplication suite. SEAMLESS
has been used to create and maintain the markets
best match between the Pharbase (Dendrite), Binleys
and Cegedim medical professional data sets. The
resulting match database is being used as a data
bridge between organisations in joint promotion
and CSO situations where those parties have differing
customer data sets. C&C are licensed to hold and
maintain the Pharbase, Binleys and Cegedim data
sets and have a policy of continuous improvement
regarding the quality of the match. Services from
ad-hoc target list translations, through fully
automated secure daily transfers to full data
migrations can be supplied.
