Pebble is the C&C Group Electricity Billing Engine, originally developed for GTC.
This is an all encompassing application, which provides a total billing solution to a Licensed Distribution System Operator (LDSO) or an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO).
Pebble has the capability to calculate Distribution Use of System (DUoS) invoices for both the Non-Half Hourly (NHH) and Half Hourly (HH) electricity markets by processing D0030 Data Transfer Catalogue (DTC) data flows, delivered via the industry Data Transfer Service (DTS). The system is scaleable to deal with the DUoS billing requirements of the smallest IDNO to the largest LDSO. It also caters for Meter Asset Management (MAM), Meter Asset Provider (MAP) and ad-hoc billing functions.
Pebble has an inbuilt DUoS tariff management module allowing users to easily update existing DUoS tariffs and MAM/MAP/Adhoc charges or load new DUoS tariffs. Users can upload in bulk or modify individual tariffs, all with a full audit trail.
Pebble has been built using the latest .Net and SQL server technologies meaning that this innovative, browser based application can be brought to you at a much lower cost that many other systems available on the market place.
