A Solutions Provider is an organisation licensed by Royal Mail to use its Postcode Address File – PAF ® - to create, modify and enhance their products and solutions.
C&C Group has developed solutions that incorporate PAF, and other datasets such as NLPG and Ordnance Survey, for over 15 years. By becoming a Royal Mail Solutions Provider it allows C&C Group to offer a wider range of cost effective solutions and services to customers.

C&C Group awarded prestigious GB wide Property Data Service contract by ScottishPower
C&C Group are delighted to announce the award by ScottishPower of a 3 year contract to deliver a fully managed Property Data Service providing GB wide access to accurate, complete and the most current information available for:
- addresses
- premises
- occupants, and
- businesses and supply points (Gas & Electricity)
The service will support a number of business processes across the sales, marketing, billing, metering and collections functional areas. It will also be used whenever a ScottishPower user needs to perform a search for a customer, address, property or supply point.
The service will include ongoing validation, correction, matching, merging and de-duplication of all records from multiple sources to ensure a perpetually high standard of data quality.
PDS will form an essential component of ScottishPower’s new SAP Fully Integrated System.
