SEAMLESS (Server Embedded
Address Matching and Location Enhancing Software Suite)
SEAMLESS is a high performance address enhancement (PAF), cleansing,
matching and de-duplication tool developed by C&C Group.
Matching is achieved via sophisticated techniques, unique to C&C
Group:
- Structured field and word matching
- Phonetics applied to whole words, sub words and syllables
- Character counting
- Positional character counting
- Consecutive character counting and weighted character counting
Enhancement can be achieved using a variety of sources:
- Post code updates
- Telephone number updates
- Full post office address file (PAF) alignment
- Postal locality awareness
- Commercial business directories
SEAMLESS is an embedded solution (Oracle or SQL Server), which
reduces the requirement for costly interfaces, as the software becomes
an integral part of our client's system.

Dispatch
Dispatch is a multifaceted tool used for reporting, profiling,
segmentation and target setting (sales) by the Life Sciences industry.
It is fully flexible and easily customised to individual client
requirements.
Dispatch Reporter:
This transforms data into a valuable resource by integrating different
data sources such as sales data (at primary care group, brick or
account level), call data and customer profiles and communicating
this information in reports which are easy to analyse and interpret.
We use our own data warehouse to clean, integrate and aggregate
our clients' data. Our proprietary 'splitter' technology is then
used to partition the data as required e.g. by geographical location.
Reports are customised for each client and can be delivered in a
variety of formats including automated (email), secure (the Internet),
CD, or OLAP cube of choice.
Dispatch Profiler:
This system communicates segmentation and targeting information
to your sales force in a fast and user-friendly format. It utilises
a rule-based engine and is a two-way system providing the field
sales reps with the ability to enhance and fine tune the data and
feed it back into the central model becoming part of an iterative
process.
Dispatch Target Setter:
Sales force targets can be a contentious issue, which the Dispatch
Target Setter helps to overcome. Targets are shown in the context
of historical performance, competitor performance, territory comparisons,
area, regional and national averages. Sales teams are then able
to visualise their targets in context as well as participate in
the target setting process, all of which helps to provide buy-in
and elicit compliance. Measures include cash and pq, market share,
MAT, MQT, PTD. The tool allows controlled adjustment of targets
and distribution and can print a formal target acceptance certificate
to reinforce accountability.

Bubble Chart / Boston Matrix
x-axis is the product market share
y-axis is the market growth
The matrix is formed by placing intersecting lines on the chart where the x-axis
represents the average market growth and the y-axis the average market share.
One spreadsheet is produced per product, per territory per month and labelled as such. The production of the spreadsheets is automated based on the raw data being delivered in a specific pre defined format.

Customisation can be commissioned on a time and materials basis. Possible
enhancements could include bubble size weightings based on geo unit or store
potential (e.g. number of doctors), time elapse sales continuum reporting showing
the evolution of the bubbles over time etc..
